The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen, creating menus, and overseeing the preparation and presentation of all dishes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the kitchen and all kitchen staff
• Create menus and develop new dishes
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes
• Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards
• Manage inventory and ordering of all food and kitchen supplies
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and serviced
• Train and develop kitchen staff
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef
• Excellent knowledge of food preparation and presentation
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to create menus and develop new dishes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
